Artist Consent & Usage Rights

I certify that I am the legal owner or authorized representative of the submitted track(s).

I hereby grant Mix Mantra Mixtapes non-exclusive permission to feature the submitted track(s) on independently released mixtapes, playlists, DJ sets, mix shows, and promotional materials for digital promotional and editorial use only.

I understand that my track(s) may be distributed digitally (e.g., SoundCloud, Audiomack, YouTube, Mixcloud, My Mixtapez, LiveMixtapes, and Mix Mantra Mixtapes), and may also be used in live or online DJ performances, email blasts, mix shows, and digital promotional campaigns.

I also understand that my track(s) may be included in editorial content—such as written reviews, social media posts, interviews, video reactions, or DJ commentary—published across Mix Mantra's channels for the purpose of music discovery and artist exposure.

I confirm that the submitted track(s) do not infringe upon the rights of any third party and are submitted for promotional purposes only, not for resale or commercial redistribution.

I understand and agree that appropriate credit will be given to the artist (or group) in all placements where the track(s) appear, including but not limited to tracklist(s), video overlays, video mixshow descriptions, social tags, editorial reviews, or live shows, when applicable.

Promotional Use Acknowledgment

By submitting your track(s), you acknowledge and agree that Mix Mantra Mixtapes is a music promotion and digital media platform. All revenue generated is derived solely from promotional services, including playlist consideration, mixtape inclusion, DJ mix exposure, and editorial content creation. Mix Mantra Mixtapes does not sell, license, or commercially redistribute your track(s). All content is used strictly for non-commercial, promotional purposes, unless otherwise explicitly authorized in writing by you—the artist or legal rights holder—through a separate licensing agreement. Mix Mantra Mixtapes reserves the right to monetize editorial content that includes or references submitted track(s), including through advertising and affiliate partnerships, provided such monetization does not involve the direct sale or licensing of the track(s) themselves, nor imply artist endorsement of any third-party product or service without your explicit written consent.
